                      4th Graders Cranberry Bread

 Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

  2      c             Flour
  1      c             Sugar
  1 1/2  ts            Baking powder
  1      ts            Salt
    3/4  c             Margarine -- melted
  1                    Egg -- beaten
  1      ts            Orange peel -- grated
    3/4  c             Cranberry Juice
  1 1/2  c             Raisins
  1 1/2  c             Fresh cranberries -- pulped


 Blend all ingredients. Mixture will be lumpy.

 Pour into a greased loaf pan.

 Bake in a pre-heated 350°F oven for 1 hour, 15 minutes, or until
 lightly browned on top.
