MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Peaches & Cream Whiskey Loaf

     Yield: 1 Loaf

 1 1/2 c  All-purpose flour
     1 c  Brown sugar; packed
 1 1/4 ts Baking soda
     2 lg Eggs; room temperature
   1/3 c  Sour cream
   1/4 c  Canola oil
     2 tb Whiskey or peach brandy
     1 c  Fresh peaches; peeled, chopped
   1/2 c  Pecans; chopped

MMMMM---------------------------GLAZE--------------------------------
     1 c  Confectioners' sugar
     2 tb Milk
     1 tb Peach brandy or whiskey

 Set oven @ 350°F/175°C.

 In a large bowl, whisk flour, brown sugar and baking
 soda. In another bowl, whisk eggs, sour cream, oil and
 whiskey until blended. Add to flour mixture; stir just
 until moistened. Fold in peaches and pecans.

 Transfer to a greased 8x4" loaf pan. Bake until a
 toothpick inserted into center comes out clean, 60-65
 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to a
 wire rack to cool completely. Combine glaze ingredients;
 drizzle over cooled bread. Let stand until set.
