     Title: Cranberry Pumpkin Bread

     Yield: 1 Loaf

 1 3/4 c  Flour
     1 c  Sugar
     2 ts Baking powder
   1/2 ts Baking soda
     1 ts Cinnamon
   1/2 ts Nutmeg
   1/2 ts Alspice
     1 c  Pumpkin
   1/2 c  Oil
     2    Eggs
 1 1/2 c  Fresh or frozen cranberries;
          - coarsely chopped

 Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 8x4" loaf pan. In medium
 bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg,
 and alspice. In mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, oil, and eggs. Add to
 dry ingredients, stirring until just moist.  Stir in cranberries.
 Spread evenly in prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven, 1-1/2 hours,
 until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
