     Title: Best Ever Banana Bread

     Yield: 1 Loaf

 1 3/4 c  A-P flour
 1 1/2 c  Sugar
     1 ts Baking soda
   1/2 ts Salt
     2 lg Eggs; room temperature
     2 md Ripe bananas; mashed
   1/2 c  Oil
   1/4 c  Buttermilk; +1 tb
     1 ts Vanilla extract
     1 c  Walnuts; chopped

 Set oven @ 350°F/175°C.

 In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
 In another bowl, combine the eggs, bananas, oil, buttermilk, and
 vanilla; add to flour mixture, stirring just until combined. Fold
 in nuts.

 Pour into a greased or parchment-lined 9x5" loaf pan. Bake until a
 toothpick comes out clean, 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours. Cool in pan for
 15 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
