MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Delicious Corn Bread
Categories: Cornbreads
     Yield: 1 Batch

     1 c  Yellow corn meal
     1 c  Unbleached white flour
   1/4 c  Honey
     1 c  Buttermilk
     1    Egg
     3 tb Butter; melted
     2 ts Baking powder
   1/2 ts Baking soda
   1/2 ts Salt

 Preheat oven to 425°F.

 Beat together egg, buttermilk, and honey.

 Mix well together all dry ingredients.

 Combine all ingredients, including melted butter, and mix well.

 Spread into buttered 8" square pan and bake 20 minutes.

 Serve hot with butter and a chunk of cheddar cheese.
