Rice With Peas And Tofu

 1 c  Rice; cooked
1/2 lb Frozen peas
 1 c  Tofu; cubed (optional)
1/2 c  Non-fat yogurt; up to 3/4 c
      Salt; to taste
      Black pepper; to taste
      Paprika; to taste

Put rice in microwavable container and add remaining ingredients. At
work, let sit on desk until lunch. Then mix and microwave for
5 minutes on high or until peas are tender.
