     Title: TOFU AU GINGEMBRE

     Yield: 4 servings

     1 lb Firm Tofu
   1/3 c  Ginger root, grated
   2/3 c  Sunflower oil
   2/3 c  Tamari

 Cut the tofu in slices and place them side by side in
 a shallow oven-proof dish. In a small bowl combine
 ginger, oil and tamari. Pour over the tofu. Let
 marinate for 1 - 3 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
 Bake for 25 - 30 minutes. Serves 4.
