               Scrambled Tofu With Mushrooms And Peppers

 Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

  1      md            Onion -- diced
  8      md            Mushrooms -- sliced
    1/2  g             Red pepper
    1/4  ts            Sea salt
  1      lb            Soft tofu
    1/4  ts            Turmeric

Spray skillet with whatever cooking spray you use. Saute onion, as
mushrooms, pepper, and sea salt. Stir until tender. Add tofu, mash it
around a bit until it comes to recembles bits of scrambled eggs.
Continue to saute for 5 to 8 minutes, adding the tumeric as it cooks
to give it that yellow scrambled egg color.

And I am sure that there is no reader on this list who will be
surprised to learn that I consider this recipe to be deficient in one
of the the major and most important food groups: garlic and I am sure
i tossed in 4 or 5 minced cloves and sauteed them with the other
junk. I mean, other ingredients.

I am sure I added black pepper, oregano, and whatever herbs I felt
like adding at the moment. Play around with it.
