3 oz Mushrooms -- sliced
3 oz Onions -- sliced
2 tb Safflower oil
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Garlic -- minced
1/2 ts Fresh parsley -- chopped
3 oz Navy beans -- cooked
3 oz Amaranth -- cooked
Saute mushrooms and onions in skillet with safflwoer
oil until onions are translucent. Add salt, garlic and
parsley. Combine with navy beans and amaranth. Mix
well and serve warm.
