     Title: Kasha (Buckwheat) In A Rice Cooker

     Yield: 4 Servings

     1 c  Kasha; (buckwheat)
 2 1/2 c  Water
   1/8 ts Salt
     1 tb Butter

 Rinse the buckwheat in a colander under cold running water. Put rinsed
 buckwheat and all other ingredients in a rice cooker. Use white rice
 setting and press the Start button. Let the buckwheat sit and steam
 for about 15 minutes after the cycle ends.
