340 g Chopped fresh tomatoes
1 md Potato; diced
1 Carrot; diced
55 g Red or white chopped cabbage
1 md Onion; chopped
100 ml Olive oil
Sea salt
Black pepper
Put the tomatoes in a saucepan with 500ml of cold water. Simmer for 30
minutes and add the vegetables, oil and seasoning Cook for 45 - 60
minutes until the vegetables are tender. Serve.
