Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese & onions until well blended.
Spoon 1/3 cup cheese mixture onto center of each tortilla & roll
up. Place, seam side down, in a 12 x 8 baking dish. Pour salsa
over tortillas & cover.
Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Top
with fresh cilantro, if desired.
