MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

     Title: Gail's Rice and Spelt Flour Bread (Gluten Free)
Categories: Breads, B.m.
     Yield: 2 1/4 ts act

     1 c  Brown rice flour
     1 c  White rice flour
     1 c  Spelt flour
 3 1/2 ts Xanthan gum
   1/4 c  + 2 ts Sugar
 1 1/2 ts Salt
 1 1/3 c  Nonfat dry milk powder,
          -melted
     2 lg Eggs, well beaten
 1 3/4 c  Water, warm
          [Yeast?  1 packet?]

 Place all ingredients, except the warm water, in the bread pan and
 press start.  While the machine is kneading, gradually pour in the
 water. If the dough does not mix well, use a rubber spatula to assist.

 After the baking cycle ends, remove from the pan and place on a
 wire rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing.
