Title: Red Cabbage With Diced Apples

4 c Cabbage; thinly sliced
1 Green apple;
- peeled, cored, diced
1/4 c Onion; diced
2 tb Lemon juice
1 Chicken bouillon cube
1/8 ts Allspice
1 ds Pepper
3/4 c Water
2 Env Sweet 'N Low
Combine all ingredients except water and Sweet 'N Low in large
saucepan. Add water. Cover and simmer 20 minutes, or until cabbage
is tender. Stir in Sweet 'N Low.
Exchanges: 1 Vegetable + 1/4 Fruit
Per 1/2 cup: 35 cal, 1 g protein, 8 g carbs, trace fat,
1 g protein, 175 mg sodium
