     Title: CREAMY GARLIC DRESSING (MARKS)

   1/2 c  Evaporated skim milk;
     2 tb Fresh lemon juice;
     2 lg Garlic cloves; minced
   1/4 ts Salt;
     1 ts Dried dill weed;
     1 ts Apple juice concentrate;
          -frozen
   1/4 ts Paprika;
   1/4 ts White pepper;
     2 ds Sesame oil;
       ds Red(cayenne) pepper;

 Place all ingredients in a blender and process until
 smooth.  Chill before serving. Food Exchange per
 serving: FREE; CAL: 11; CHO: 0mg; CAR: 2g; SOD: 50mg;
 FAT: 0g; Makes about 3/4 cup; 12 servings (1-tb each)
