     Title: BUTTERMILK MUSTARD DRESSING

     Yield: 12 servings

   1/2 c  Buttermilk;
   1/4 c  Plain low-fat yogurt;
     2 ts Dijon-style mustard;
 1 1/2 tb Cucumber; peeled seeded
          -grated
     1    Green onion;
     2 ts Lemon zest; grated
     2 ts Orange zest; grated
       ds White pepper;

 Blend all ingedients together and chill before
 serving.  Makes about 3/4 cup.  12 servings
