                             Shrimp Skewers

  6      oz            Large shrimp (9)
  3                    Cherry tomatoes
  3                    Pearl onions
  3                    Green pepper pieces (1")
  6      sl            Zucchini (1/2")
  3                    Mushrooms
    3/4  c             Unsweetened pineapple chunks
  2      tb            Italian dressing

Alternate shrimp, vegetables, and pineapple on 3 skewers. Broil or
grill about 5 minutes on each side or until done. Baste with Italian
dressing while cooking. Serve over rice.

Yield: 1 Serving (3 Skewers)
