1/2 c Fresh fruit -- sliced
1/2 c Sugar-free gelatin
2 tb Whipped topping
1 ds Nutmeg or cinnamon (optional)
Prepare sugar-free gelatin according to package directions. Alternate
layers of fruit and gelatin in parfait glass. Garnish with whipped
topping and dash of nutmeg or cinnamon, if desired.
Exchanges: 2-3 Starch; 1-3 Meat; 1-3 Vegetable; 1 Fruit; 1-2 Fat
Per serving: 550 cal; 20 g Fat; 45 g Carbs; 33 g Protein
