 1 1/2 c  Cottage cheese, well-drained        1 tb Lemon juice
     2 tb Dry buttermilk                    1/2 ts Salt (omit for low
   1/2 c  Skim milk                                -sodium diet)

 Place all ingredients in food processor & process until thick &
 smooth. Refrigerate until needed. 1/4 cup serving: 46 cal; 3 g
