     Title: Hot Oatmeal
Categories: Grains, Nuts, Fruits
     Yield: 1 Servings

     1 c  Water; hot
   2/3 c  Oatmeal
     1 tb Raisins
     1 tb Sunflower seeds
   1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
   1/4 c  Milk or yogurt

 Mix water and oatmeal in a small pan.  Cook gently for 5 to 6
 minutes.  Add raisins, sunflower seeds, and cinnamon.  Serve with
 milk or yogurt.
