MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.01

     Title: Banana Kiwi Pudding

     Yield: 4 Servings

 1 1/3 c  Cooked rice
 1 1/3 c  Milk
     1 ts Vanilla extract
     2 tb Sweetener
     1    Ripe banana; mashed
     2    Kiwi fruits; sliced, for garnish
   1/4 c  Whipping cream; whipped

 Cook rice and milk in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat until thick
 and creamy (about 15-20 minutes) stirring frequently.  Remove from
 heat.  Cool.  Stir in vanilla and sweetener.  Just before serving,
 fold in banana and whipped cream.  Garnish with kiwi slices

 Per serving: calories 195, protein 4.6 g, fat 6 g, carbs 31 g
 sodium 49 mg, and cholesterol 22 mg

 Exchanges 1/2 starch/bread, 1 fruit, 1/2 skim milk, and 1 fat
