    Title: Homemade Bone Broth
Categories: Poultry, Vegetables, Herbs
 Servings: 1 gallon

2 lb Chicken heads & feet
     1    Bay leaf
     1    Onion; coarse chopped
     2    Carrots; chopped
     2    Celery ribs; chopped
     3 cl Garlic
     1 ga Filtered water
     2 tb Apple cider vinegar
MMMMM====  OPTIONS =========================================
          Ginger
          Herbs
          Salt & pepper
          Soy sauce
          More garlic
          Tamari sauce

Place all main ingredients (not the optional) in a large stockpot or
slow cooker.

Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 24 hours. During the
last 30 minutes, add any optional ingredients you want and season to
taste; get creative here!

After the broth is done, you will want to strain it through
cheesecloth or nut milk bag. I put a nut milk bag into a fine sieve
and ladle the broth through it into another pot or bowl. Because the
bones are broken down and soft, these are safe to give your dogs as a
treat.

That's it! Now you can drink the broth like tea or add it to any
recipe that uses water.
