1 1/2 lb Chicken parts
2 qt Water; minimum
1 ts Salt
1 Onion; peeled and sliced
1 Carrot; sliced
2 tb Sherry
1 1/2 tb Vegetable oil
Wipe chicken pieces with damp cloth and dry; place in cooker and
add water. Add salt, onion, and carrot. Add celery. Bring to boil
then skim. Cover and set control at 15. Cook over high heat until
pressure is reached.
Reduce heat; cook 15 minutes. Cool cooker naturally. place under
running water to cool.
