2 Onions; chopped
2 cl Garlic; minced
1 tb Oil
36 Tomatoes; peeled -OR-
16 oz Can stewed tomatos
8 oz Tomato sauce
1 Potatoes
2 tb Dill; freshly chopped
1 ts Thyme leaves
1 tb Fresh lemon juice
3 Bay leaves
1/4 ts Black pepper
1 tb Parsley; chopped
2 lb Fish; boneless & cubed 1/2"
Cook onion and garlic in oil until tender. Cut up tomatoes. Peel
and chop potato. Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, potato,
dill, bay leaves, thyme, and pepper.
Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer 30 minutes.
Stir in fish, lemon juice, & parsley. Bring to boil, reduce heat,
cover & simmer 3 to 5 minutes more.
