Title: Turkey Cabbage Stew

1 lb Ground turkey
1 md Onion; chopped
3 cl Garlic; minced
4 c Cabbage; chopped
2 md Carrots; sliced
28 oz Can diced tomatoes,
- undrained
3/4 c Water
1 tb Brown sugar
1 tb White vinegar
1 ts Salt
1 ts Dried oregano
1/4 ts Dried thyme
1/4 ts Pepper
Cook the turkey, onion, and garlic in a large saucepan over medium
heat until meat is no longer pink, 5 to 7 minutes, breaking turkey
into crumbles; drain.
Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer
until the vegetables are tender, 12 to 15 minutes.
