     Title: Frogmore Stew

    16 c  Water
     1 lg Sweet onion; quartered
     3 tb Seafood seasoning
     2 md Lemons; halved (optional)
     1 lb Small red potatoes
     1 lb Smoked kielbasa or fully
          - cooked hot links; in 1"
          - pieces
     4 md Ears sweet corn; in thirds
     2 lb Uncooked medium (U-30)
          - shrimp; peeled, deveined
          Seafood cocktail sauce
          Butter; melted
          Additional seafood
          - seasoning

 In a stockpot, combine water, onion, seafood seasoning and, if
 desired, lemons; bring to a boil. Add potatoes; cook, uncovered,
 10 minutes. Add kielbasa and corn; return to a boil. Reduce heat;
 simmer, uncovered, until potatoes are tender, 10 to 12 minutes. Add
 shrimp; cook until shrimp turn pink, 2 to 3 minutes longer.

 Drain; transfer to a bowl. Serve with cocktail sauce, butter, and
 additional seasoning.
