MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Hearty Brunswick Stew

     Yield: 6 servings

     4 lb Broiler/fryer chicken; cut
          - up
     2 c  Water
     4 md Potatoes; peeled, diced
     2 md Onions; sliced
15 1/4 oz Can lima beans; rinsed,
          - drained
     1 ts Salt
   1/2 ts Pepper
     1 ds Cayenne pepper
15 1/4 oz Can corn niblets; drained
14 1/2 oz Can diced tomatoes;
          - with juices
   1/4 c  Butter
   1/2 c  Dry bread crumbs

 In a Dutch oven, slowly bring the chicken and water to a boil.
 Cover and simmer until chicken is tender, 45 to 60 minutes,
 skimming the surface as foam rises.

 Remove chicken and set aside until cool enough to handle. Remove
 and discard skin and bones. Cube chicken and return to broth.

 Add the potatoes, onions, beans and seasonings. Bring to a boil.
 Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until potatoes are tender, about
 30 minutes. Stir in remaining
