MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Orzo Shrimp Stew

     Yield: 4 servings

 2 1/2 c  Chicken broth
     5 c  Fresh broccoli florets
14 1/2 oz Can diced tomatoes;
          - undrained
     1 c  Uncooked orzo
     1 lb Uncooked U-40 shrimp;
          - peeled, deveined
   1/4 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Pepper
     2 ts Dried basil
     2 tb Butter

 Bring broth to a boil in a Dutch oven. Add the broccoli,
 tomatoes and orzo. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5
 minutes, stirring occasionally.

 Add the shrimp, salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 4-5
 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and orzo is tender.
 Stir in basil and butter.
