MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Great Northern Bean Stew

     Yield: 6 servings

     1 lb Bulk pork sausage
     1 c  Onion; chopped
15 1/2 oz Great Northern beans; rinsed
          - drained
    28 oz Can diced tomatoes;
          - undrained
     2 c  Cabbage; chopped
     1 c  Carrots; sliced
     1 tb White vinegar
     1 tb Brown sugar
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/2 ts Dried thyme
   1/2 ts Paprika
   1/2 ts Pepper
   1/4 ts Hot pepper sauce
     2 tb Fresh parsley; minced

 In a large saucepan, cook sausage and onion over medium
 heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add the next
 11 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and
 simmer for 50-60 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

 Stir in parsley; cook 5 minutes longer.
