     Title: FREEZER MIX LENTIL STEW

     Yield: 5 servings

     1 pk Beef-Tomato Freezer Mix
     3 c  Water
     1 c  Lentil; uncooked
     1 ea Parsley; sprig
     1 ea Bay leaf
 1 1/2 c  Mushrooms; sliced, FRESH
     1 ea Carrot; Large, sliced
     1 ea Celery;Stalk,large,sliced
   1/4 c  Red wine
   1/2 t  Salt

 Dip container of frozen mix into hot water just to loosen. In Dutch oven,
 heat frozen mix, water, lentils, parsley and bay leaf to boiling. Reduce
 heat; cover and simmer, stirring frequently, until mix is thawed, about 20
 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover
 and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes. Remove bay leaf.
