1 tb Vegetable oil
1/2 c Onion -- diced
1/2 Jalepeno -- minced
1/2 lb Ground veal
1 1/2 c Canned tomatoes with juice
1/2 c Tomato sauce
1 tb Chili powder
1 ts Dry mustard
Salt and pepper
1/4 ts Basil
1/4 ts Oregano
4 oz Canned kidney beans -- drained
2 tb Parsley
2 tb Dry white wine
1 ts Lemon juice
Saute pepper over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Add veal and cook
for 5 to 7 minutes until pink is gone. Add tomatoes, reserved liquid,
tomato sauce, and seasonings. Stir to combine. Reduce heat to low and
let simmer until flavors blend, about 5 minutes. Add remaining
ingredients and stir to combine. Cook 15 minutes longer.
