1 c Green bell pepper -- chopped
1 1/4 c Onion -- chopped
2 cl Garlic -- minced
3 tb Vegetable oil
31 oz Kidney beans (2 cans) --

28 oz Can stewed tomatoes -- crushed
1 c Red wine
3 c Cooked turkey -- cut in 1/2"
- cubes
1 tb Chili powder
1 tb Fresh cilantro -- chopped
1 ts Red hot pepper -- crushed
1/2 ts Salt
In 3 qt saucepan, over medium-high heat, saute green pepper, onion,
and garlic in oil 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Add beans, tomatoes, wine, turkey, chili powder, cilantro, red
pepper, and salt. Increase heat to high and bring mixture to a boil;
reduce heat to low and simmer mixture, uncovered, 25 minutes. To
serve, garnish with onion or fresh cilantro, if desired.
Note: If fresh cilantro is unavailable use 1 ts dried.
