                              Chili Blanco

    1/2  lb            Turkey breast -- diced
  1      tb            Vegetable oil
    1/2  c             Celery -- diced
    1/2  c             Anaheim chili pepper -- fresh or canned
    1/2  c             Onion -- chopped
  2      c             Water
 19      oz            Can small white beans or white
                       - kidney beans -- drained
  1      c             Tomato -- seeded and diced
                       Fresh
  1      c             Zucchini -- seeded and diced
    1/2  ts            Salt
    1/2  ts            Ground cumin
    1/8  ts            Black pepper
    1/8  ts            Cayenne pepper
                       Lowfat cheese -- shredded
                       Onion -- chopped
                       Cilantro -- chopped
                       Tomato -- diced
                       Fresh grape salsa
  4                    Flour or corn tortillas

Brown ground turkey in oil in medium saucepan; drain excess
drippings. Add celery, chilies, and onion and cook until tender. Add
remaining ingredients except condiments and tortillas; mix well.
Bring mixture to boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes or until
flavors are blended. Serve with condiments and tortillas.
