MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Chili (Dokuja)

     Yield: 8 Servings

     2 lb Meat or meat substitute
     1 lg Onion
    14 oz Can fire roasted tomatoes
    14 oz Can tomato sauce
     4 cl Garlic
     3 tb Chili powder
     1 ts Black pepper
     1 ts Cumin
     1 ts Allspice
     2 ts Oregano
     1 ts Paprika
     1 c  Dried pinto beans
     1 c  Dried black beans

 Pre-soak the dried beans overnight. A quick soak of the beans can be
 performed by adding water covering 2" over the beans, boiling the
 beans for at least 1 minute and let the beans soak off heat for 1
 hour.

 If using ground meat, brown the meat in a pan.

 Chop the onion and garlic. Mince if preferred.

 Add the ingredients to slow cooker. Mix the ingredients.

 Set on high for at 6 hours or 8 on low heat.

 Pull meat if necessary (not ground or cubed...)

 Serve. Enjoy.
