2 ts Oil
1 Onion -- chopped
1 lb Ground beef (optional)
3 lb Crushed tomatoes (2 cans)
3 lb Chili beans (2 cans)
2 ts Chili powder
1/4 c Nacho cheese -- grated
Saute onion and/or meat in bottom of pot. Add rest of ingredients
except cheese. Mix and cook for at least 1 hour. Put cheese on top as
garnish.
