MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Macho Chili

     Yield: 1 Batch

     2 lb Hot sausage
     2 lb Ground beef
    36 oz Tomato sauce (3 cans)
     4 oz Chili seasoning (4 pkg)
     4 lg Onions; chopped
     3 lg Green peppers; chopped
     3 c  Water
     1 tb Vinegar
     2 lb Round steak; cubed
          Jalapenos; chopped, to taste

 In a large Dutch oven combine tomato sauce, chili seasoning, onions,
 green peppers, and water over medium heat. In a large skillet,
 combine beef, sausage, and steak, brown on medium heat--drain. Add
 meat to tomato mixture, stir in vinegar and jalapenos--cover and
 reduce heat to simmer. Stirring occasionally, simmer for 6 to 8 hours.
