MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Spicy Fajita Chilli

     Yield: 8 servings

 1 1/2 lb Ground pork
     1 md Onion; chopped
     1 md Bell pepper; chopped
     1 md Red bell pepper; chopped
     1 cl Garlic; minced
    23 oz V8 juice (2 cans)
    16 oz Chilli beans; undrained
    10 oz Ro*Tel diced tomatoes
          - with green chilies
     2 tb Chilli spice mix
     1 ts Seasoned salt
   1/2 ts Seasoned pepper
          Cheddar cheese; shredded

 In a Dutch oven, cook the pork, onion and peppers over
 medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Add garlic;
 cook 1 minute longer. Drain.

 Stir in the V8 juice, beans, tomatoes, chilli powder,
 seasoned salt and seasoned pepper. Bring to a boil.
 Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until
 slightly thickened. Serve with cheese.
