MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Meaty Mushroom Chilli

     Yield: 8 servings

     1 lb Italian sausage
     1 lb Ground beef
     1 c  Onion; chopped
     1 lb Fresh mushrooms; sliced
    46 oz Can V8 juice
     6 oz Can tomato paste
     1 ts Sugar
     1 ts Worcestershire sauce
     1 ts Salt
     1 ts Garlic powder
     1 ts Dried oregano
   1/2 ts Dried basil
   1/2 ts Pepper
          Sour cream (optional)
          Green onions; thin sliced
          - (optional)

 In a Dutch oven, cook the sausage, beef and onion over
 medium heat until the meat is no longer pink; drain.
 Stir in the mushrooms, V8 juice, tomato paste, sugar,
 Worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Bring to a boil.
 Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 hour. If desired,
 top with sour cream and green onions.

 I don't see any actual chilies or chilli spice in this
 otherwise nice soup. - UDD
