MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Pork Chile Verde

     Yield: 8 servings

     3 lb Boneless pork sirloin roast;
          - in 1" cubes
     4 md Carrots; sliced
     1 md Onion; thin sliced
     4 cl Garlic; minced
     3 tb Oil
    28 oz Green enchilada sauce
   1/4 c  Cold water
     2    Jalapeno chilies; seeded,
          - chopped
     1 c  Fresh cilantro; minced
          Hot cooked rice
          Flour tortillas; warmed

 In a large skillet, saute the pork, carrots, onion and
 garlic in oil in batches until pork is browned. Transfer
 to a 5 qt slow cooker. Add the enchilada sauce, water,
 jalapenos, and cilantro. Cover and cook on low for 6
 hours or until meat is tender. Serve with rice and
 tortillas.
