MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Steak & Beer Chilli

     Yield: 10 servings

     1 lb Boneless beef chuck; diced
     2 tb Oil; divided
     1 lb Uncooked bratwurst links;
          - sliced
     1 md Onion; chopped
     4 cl Garlic; minced
43 1/2 oz Diced tomatoes with green
          - chilies (3 cans); undrained
    32 oz Brooks chilli hot beans
          - (2 cans); undrained
    12 oz Beer; not lite -OR-
 1 1/2 c  Beef broth
14 3/4 oz Can cream-style corn
     8 oz Can pizza sauce
   1/2 ts Chilli spice mix
   1/2 ts Ground cumin
   1/4 ts Crushed red pepper flakes
          Sour cream (optional)

 In a Dutch oven, brown steak in 1 tb oil. Remove and keep warm.

 Add the bratwurst, onion and remaining oil to the pan; cook and
 stir over medium heat until sausage is no longer pink. Add garlic;
 cook 1 minute longer.

 Return steak to the pan. Stir in the tomatoes, beans, beer, corn,
 pizza sauce, chilli powder, cumin, and pepper flakes.

 Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until heated
 through, 25-30 minutes. Serve with sour cream if desired.
