MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Slow-Cooked Chunky Chilli
Categories: Beef, Pork, Vegetables, Chilies, Beans
     Yield: 12 servings

     1 lb Ground beef
     1 lb Bulk pork sausage
    64 oz Kidney beans (4 cans);
          - rinsed, drained
    29 oz Diced tomatoes (2 cans);
          - undrained
    20 oz Ro*Tel diced tomatoes with
          - green chilies (2 cans);
          - undrained
     1 lg Onion; chopped
     1 md Bell pepper; chopped
     1 oz Env taco seasoning
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Pepper
          Cheddar cheese; shredded
          - (optional)
          Red onion; chopped (optional)
          Sour cream (optional)

 In a large skillet, cook beef and sausage over medium
 heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a
 5 qt slow cooker. Stir in the remaining ingredients.

 Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or until vegetables
 are tender. If desired, serve with shredded cheese,
 chopped onion and sour cream.
