MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Chilli For A Crowd

     Yield: 24 servings

     3 lb Ground beef
    56 oz Diced tomatoes (2 cans);
          - undrained
    60 oz Pinto or black beans
          - (4 cans); rinsed, drained
     1 lb Smoked kielbasa; sliced,
          - halved
     2 lg Onions; halved, thin sliced
    16 oz Tomato sauce (2 cans)
   2/3 c  Hickory-flavored barbecue
          - sauce
 1 1/2 c  Water
   1/2 c  Brown sugar; packed
     5    Fresh banana peppers; seeded
          - sliced
     2 tb Chilli spice mix
     2 ts Ground mustard
     2 ts Instant coffee granules
     1 ts Dried oregano
     1 ts Dried thyme
     1 ts Dried sage
     1 ts Cayenne pepper
     1 ts Crushed red pepper flakes
     2 cl Garlic; minced

 In an 8 qt stockpot or Dutch oven, cook beef over
 medium heat until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes; crumble
 beef; drain.

 Stir in the remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
 Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring
 occasionally.
