     2 tb Ground allspice
     2 tb Celery salt
     2 tb Powdered mustrd
     1 ts Ground ginger
     1 tb Paprika
   3/4 ts Cayenne (ground red pepper)

 1.  Sprinkle on fish fillets before broiling.

 2.  Season chowder, crabs or salmon cakes.

 3.  Add to tuna, crabs or salmon salads.

 While you're at it, keep these in mind for gifts. Just
 put them in a pretty jar, and attach a few recipe
 suggestions with a ribbon. Makes a scant 1/2 cup.
