Place all of the ingredients in a medium bowl. Toss gently, with a
spoon, until well blended just before using. (For a more lemony
flavor, add a little fresh lemon juice). Store, in an airtight
container, in a cool, dry, dark place for up to 6 months. This
seasoning is good on fish, poultry, and salads.
