  1 1/2  teaspoons     pequin chiles with seeds -- ground
    3/4  teaspoon      dried cascabels with seeds -- ground
    1/2  teaspoon      ginger -- grond
  1      teaspoon      cloves -- ground

Sift all the ingredients together and store in a tightly sealed jar.
