Vegetarian Worcestershire Sauce

1     c  Cider vinegar
 1/3 c  Dark molasses
 1/4 c  Soy sauce or mushroom soy sauce
 1/4 c  Water
3     tb Lemon juice
1 1/2 tb Salt
1 1/2 ts Powdered mustard
1     ts Onion powder
 3/4 ts Powdered ginger
 1/2 ts Black pepper
 1/4 ts Garlic granules
 1/4 ts Cayenne
 1/4 ts Cinnamon
 1/8 ts Ground cloves or allspice
 1/8 ts Ground cardamom

Combine ingredients in a blender. Pour into a saucepan and bring to a
boil. Store in a jar in the refrigerator.

Makes about 2 cups.
