  1      Can           Evaporated milk
  1      c             Sugar
    1/3  c             Butter
  1      c             Chocolate chips
    3/4  ts            Vanilla extract

In a thick-walled pot, bring milk sugar and butter to a boil.  Cook 2
minutes.  Whisk in chocolate chips and vanilla, reduce heat and stir until
smooth.  Serve warm.
