1 Onion; chopped
2 c Orange juice
4 c Catsup
1/2 c Fresh lime juice
1/2 c Cider vinegar
1/4 c Brown sugar
1 tb Salt
1 tb Black pepper
2 tb Dry mustard
2 tb Crushed red pepper
2 ts Garlic powder
1 ts Chili powder
2 tb Tabasco
2 tb Tamarind paste
2 tb Honey
10 oz Butter
Add the onion and 1/2 cup of the juice to a blender and puree
until smooth. Transfer to a medium-size saucepan. Add the
remaining ingredients to the saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer
for 25 to 30 minutes. Set aside to cool.
