                               Tuna Sauce

  2      cl            Garlic -- chopped
  2      tb            Fresh parsley -- chopped
  7      oz            Italian tuna -- packed in oil,
                       - drained and oil reserved
    1/4  c             White wine
                       Salt and pepper -- to taste
  2      tb            Butter
 28      oz            Can peeled, chopped tomatoes

Melt butter and tuna oil in pan. Sautee garlic for 2 minutes, until
golden. Add tuna and cook 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, wine, parsley,
salt, and pepper, and cook on low heat 30 minutes. Serve over cooked,
drained pasta.
