Tartar Sauce

1 1/2 c Mayonnaise
1 tb Onion -- very finely chopped
3 tb Kosher dill pickle -- minced
1 Celery rib -- minced
1 cl Garlic -- minced
1 tb Capers -- finely chopped
2 ts Fresh chives -- finely chopped
1 Anchovy -- minced
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 ts Lemon juice
Combine all ingedients in the order given. Blend well.
Cover and refrigerate. Sauce will last for up to 2 weeks.
